Description of Officers and Duties

Fraternity Senior Officers
 
National Officers:
 
Commandant (CDT):  Fraternity Founder. Overall in charge of fraternity and fraternity related issues. Only person who can veto or overrule National Commander. Mostly just a figure head and tie breaker when voting on issues.  Though he is senior to all persons, will mostly leave fraternity issues to other officers. Rank insignia is 5 gold stars. This is a lifetime rank and can not be removed.
 
National Commander (CDR):   In charge of fraternity and fraternity related issues. Uniform Rank insignia is 4 Gold Stars.
 
Senior Vice Commander (SVC): Second in charge. Takes over in absence of CDR. 3 Gold Stars.
 
Junior Vice Commander (JVC):Third in charge. Takes over in absence of SVC. 2 Gold Stars.
 
Officer Of The Day (OOD): Fourth in charge. Takes over in absence of all above. Also acts as the Fraternity spokeman.
 
State Level:
 
Commander: - Same role as National Commander but on a state level. Overall in charge of all posts in that state. Rank insignia is 4 silver stars. Post Officer is Seargant Major stripes.
 
Senior Vice Commander: - Same as national but on state level. 3 silver stars. Post is First Seargant Stripes.
 
Junior Vice Commander:- Same as national level but on a state level. 2 silver stars. Post is Master Seargant.
 
Officer Of The Day: - Same as national but on a state level. State level spokesman. 1 silver star. Post is Seargant First Class.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Supporting Officers:
 
Adjutant:(ADJ)  - Acts as the Legal rep. Researches veterans issues for political debates, speeches, etc. for public events by fraternity personnel. Uniform insignia is National: Gold Eagle (COLONEL/CAPTAIN) State is silver. Post Officer is STAFF SEARGANT
 
QuarterMaster (QM) - Treasurer. Fraternity Accountant. Must be proficient at math and have good credit. Rank is National: Cold Oak Leaf (MAJOR/LCDR) State is Silver. Post is STAFF SEARGANT
 
Chaplain (CHP):  - Conducts goodwill events for fraternity such as, hospitals visits, fundraisers, funerals, etc. Rank is National: Gold Captains Bars (CAPTAIN/LT.) States is silver. Post is SGT.
 
Guard (Sergeant At Arms - SAA) - Responsible for keeping order during events such as meetings, post facilities, etc. Rank is National: Gold LT Bars. (2LT/ENSIGN) State is Silver. Post is SGT.

ALTHOUGH  TWO RANKS MAY BE THE SAME, THE ONE HIGHER ON LIST IS SENIOR. (ADJ IS SENIOR TO QM AND CHP IS SENIOR TO SAA)
 
Auxiliart and Comrade Chain of Command will follow Members Chain. Instead of Commander, the title will be (Auxiliary or Comrade) President, (Auxiliary or Comrade) Senior Vice President, etc. They will report to Members OOD(First) ,  Then JVC (Second), then SVC (Third), Then CDR (Final).  In cases where CDR is not available, cases may be taken to SVC or in serious cases to CMDT. But cases cannot be taken to CDMT  if CDR is available unless case is about CDR. Any questions, please refer to ADJ for information.
 
Example: Auxiliary President reports to Members OOD.
Comrade President reports to Members OOD...NOT  TO AUXILIARY.
 
All members are to be elected by post,state,national (Which ever office candidate is for) unless appointed by permission of commanders. National  is for 4 years, state 2 years and post 1 year. National Commander is  and will always be subordinate to Commandant of fraternity, but not to Auxiliary or Comrade.
 
Auxiliary and Comrade officers will add the first letter of their level to their officer initials. Example: Auxiliary Quartermaster will look like AQM...Comrade Adjuctant will be CADJ, etc. President officers will be AXP and Comrade will be CDP, etc. Auxiliary Senior Vice President will be ASVP Comrade CSVP, etc. This applies to all Auxiliary and Comrade Officers. Auxiliary Commandant will be ACDT and Comrade will be CCDT.
