Terms and Conditions

 

Delta Sigma Alpha Military Veterans Fraternity (Hereafter referred to as Fraternity) is a non-profit organization. Membership is on a voted-on basis. Voting is done by elected fraternity officers or in the absence of enough officers, by written authority of the Commandant or National Commander. Membership fees are due upon application submittal and are non-refundable. Yearly renewal fees (dues) are due upon yearly anniversary of initiation. Dues amount is subject to change without prior notice, as are fraternity policies. Fraternity is a private organization NOT affiliated with the U.S. Government. Nor is it affiliated with any college, university or any other institute of higher education or political office. Fraternity may not be commercialized or represented in a For-Profit manner without prior written approval of Commandant.  Falsely representing fraternity or fraternity membership to gain profit or otherwise is subject to prosecution by fraternity. Any monies gained while falsely representing fraternity will be sought by fraternity. Anybody who is voted into fraternity for membership and is found to be ineligible will be removed from membership. Advanced notice is not required. All monies paid to fraternity will be forfeited to fraternity. If upon time for membership renewal, All persons not currently paid in full may not be allowed to continue membership until dues are paid. Fraternity reserves the right to deny membership to anyone. (Not including: sex, race, religion, sexual preference, etc.) Signing Application signifies that all documents are to be valid and not falsified. Any documents found to be falsified will be subject to seizure for potential legal action and membership thereafter may be permanently denied. Falsifying government documents is a federal crime.  If recommending (Sponsoring) a potential member, you agree to the best of your knowledge that the documents submitted for membership are to be valid. Assisting in falsification or knowing of false documents is illegal and punishable by law. Membership of anyone knowing and assisting will be subject to revoking by Commandants orders or National Commander when instructed by Commandant.
